Shipping Fee:

An additional $100 charge will apply if delivery requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Shipping Process

We select shippers based on pricing, not timing, and are not responsible for delays.

Shipping generally takes 1 to 8 weeks after pickup, depending on your location. Unexpected delays may occur, and we are not responsible for them.

If preferred, you may arrange your own shipping.

Important Considerations

If your delivery involves accessibility issues (e.g., COI requirements, stairs, mountains, unpaved roads) or availability constraints, please inform us before purchasing, as these factors may impact the shipping quote and shipper selection.

Once an item is picked up, the buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment and coordinating with the shipper.

Ensure someone is available to receive the item, as missed deliveries may result in rescheduling for the next route.

Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims

All shippers are insured. If damage occurs during transit, you must report it to the driver before they leave.

Inspect your item immediately upon delivery, as we cannot process claims once the driver has departed.

Pickup Policy

You are welcome to pick up items from our shop by appointment.

Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.

Items left beyond 30 days without prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and re-listed.
