Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee: An additional $100 charge will apply if delivery requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Shipping Process

We will select the shipper based on pricing, not timing, and are not responsible for any delays. You may arrange your own shipping if preferred. Please be patient, as shipping generally takes 1 to 8 weeks after pickup, depending on your location. Unforeseen circumstances may cause additional delays, for which we are not responsible.

If there are any accessibility issues (e.g., COI, stairs, mountains, unpaved roads) or availability constraints, please inform us before purchasing, as these may affect the shipping quote and the shipper selected.

Once the item has been picked up, the buyer is fully responsible for following up with the shipper. Please ensure you are available for delivery; otherwise, your item may be moved to the next delivery route.

Shippers will be insured. If any damage occurs during transit, you must report it to the driver before they leave your location. Please inspect the item immediately upon delivery, as we cannot process claims after the driver has departed.

Pickup Policy

You are welcome to pick up your items from our shop. Sold items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Items left beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and re-listed unless prior arrangements are made directly with Classic MCM Finds.
