We pulled this piece are artwork from our personal collection and it remains to be one of my personal favorites. This beautiful oil on canvas piece was painted by the listed Rhode Island artist, R.H. Dowler. It is signed "R.H. Dowler" in the lower right. The exact date/year of this painting is unknown but based on research and features of the piece we believe it to be sometime between the 40's-50's era. Overall good condition with only a few small signs of visible wear around the exterior portion of the piece. (Tiny nail holes). The frame is old but is still in good working order.
